Simple steps to make ordering your website
painless and trouble free.

We are in no doubt that designing your own website can be a daunting task. That is why at Optimum Creative we have compiled a simple step-by-step list to take the hassle out of ordering your website. Follow the steps below to start the ball rolling.

Step 1 - What kind of website do you want?
You need to let us know the structure of your website.

1. Is it going to be a 5 page site or something larger. Have a look at the design options page for examples.
2. Do you have specific requirements i.e. contact forms, pdf files to
   be included for download or even a movie file that you want to be viewed.
3. What content do you want to appear on each page?

Step 2 - Do you know how the design should look?
You need to let us know if you have any particular design requirements that need to be followed.

1. Do you have specific colours used in your logo?
2. Do you have a corporate font?
3. Is there a house style for your printed material?
4. Have you thought about the design of the page?
5. What kind of navigation would you like?

Step 3 - Compile all the necessary files.
Supply any logos or images that you want to appear on your site.

1. These could be jpeg or tiff images.
2. We also have access to an extensive image library that can be utilised for image usage.

Supply the text that will form the content for each individual web page.

1. These can be supplied as text files in Word.

Step 4 - What can we do for you?
When we receive details from a new client we will look at the information supplied and discuss possible design ideas. A design will then be worked on and put in a dedicated folder on our servers. A web address is then sent to you so the design can be viewed and proofed. If the design is agreed then we will continue to build the full website and let you know where you can view the completed site.

A domain name (website address) will then be ordered along with the web space. So we can put your website live on the internet.
